What do they mean by 'people in tag' in this page ?

On the upper side there are "followers in tag" and "people in tag". Are they same? Please give examples to explain difference. A person can be both roles?? What is that tag?

A "tag" is something you use in your tag line when you log into twitter ..... i beleave you can do both because if someone puts eg, your name then you can be both a follower of that tag and a tag of yourself.
