If you are a Facebook user, how has it changed your life? Would you leave it if there was more advertising on it?

Facebook has allowed me to catch up with old high school friends that I totally lost touch with.

Facebook has been a godsend to keep up with my extended family ever since I moved to a different state.

I don't think I would leave Facebook if there was more "real" advertising on it. Most of the Facebook ads seem phony.

well i just moved and facebook has kept me in touch with all of my friends back at my old school. at the same time i also have friends from my current town as well so it's brought me closer to them =D and yes i would leave if there was more advertising. right now it's moderate, but i don't think there should be advertising on facebook. i understand that they need to make money and all, but i would really like it if facebook stayed free and all, but advertising just takes away the purpose of connecting with friends. just imho =D
