omeone has hacked my email and messages are read by someone before I read them.?

Messages are sent from my email back to my email that I did not send

Change your password ASAP and make sure the alternate address is still yours, and set a security question and answer
Then from settings to go Mail Options > POP & Forwarding and make sure your messages are not being forwarded to someone else's address
Also download and run Malwarebytes
Also inform your contacts that your account was compromised and to ignore any strange messages being sent from your account
If you used the same username and password for ANY other website, change those passwords as well. Hackers know that 80% of people use the same username and password for everything (Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Paypal, online banking, etc) so they will try to hack every other site where they think you might have an account
If your Inbox contained any financial details (online banking statements, credit card bills, Paypal transactions etc) you need to contact those financial institutions and get a new account name/number as the hacker will go through every email and try to find a way to steal your money
