Know a good service to post to multiple social media at the same time?

I am looking for a service that will post specifically to both Google+ and Facebook at the same time... At least those two. I know there are already some services like this out there, I searched already. Unfortunately, none that I have seen will allow you to post to G+ and Facebook together (as far as I've seen).

Know any that do this?

Hoot Suite will allow you to do it and for free unlimited. They are great if its for personal use. If you need to do more than personal they charge. I use it for business and personal.
