Banned on Omegle??? Why?

I go on omegle on occasion to talk to random people when I'm bored. I'm not one of those creeps who flashes the camera or whatnot. For some reason, whenever I try to connect via video or text, it say "Banned." in chat, then redirects me to some porn site. Could someone please explain why? I did nothing wrong.

You're right; you did nothing wrong. Omegle has been cracking down on "inappropriate activity" but whatever mechanism they're using to do that is a little screwy. I got banned too and I'm innocent! Anyway, don't sweat it. In the meantime just go on Rounds and talk to people there (http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv...bannerid=0 )
