My Facebook Was Disabled How Do I Get Back?

Yesterday i logged into my facebook and it said your acount was disabled. i just want it back because i have alot of important stuff in there ;o

reading the rules there,it looks like they only disable accounts for naughty behavior!

if are one of the genuinely unlucky innocents who did not do anything bad at all and were the target of a pranked FRAPE [aka facebook rape] after leaving account logged in and someone else using it,or a person had guessed the password [what many newbs think is called 'hacking'] and used the account for naughty things then make sure this is highlighted to them.

in the case of it being a password guessing troll; change password ASAP,facebook will be able to check the IP of them and compare it against own IP,in the case of it being a FRAPE; make sure to always log out and never save passwords.
a FRAPE is harder to prove because it comes from the same computer and same IP,unless they have used an entirely different writing and personality style,it can be difficult to prove... then again FRAPEs are very popular on facebook and they may let off with a caution.
