What smartphone to get under £250?

My blackberry curve recently broke so im looking for a new smartphone but I have no idea what to get. Im in yr 9, I want a phone with games, social networking(facebook, twitter etc), good camera(5+mp i take a lot of pics), good internet brower since I'm always traveling and need to check train times etc, i dont really care if its a well known brand but it has to be very stong and reliable and music+memory is VERY important!!! i really dont want to spend more than £250 because the phone is mainly going to be out of my pocket money!! thanks in advance:')

Get an IPhone from eBay I have brough several Phones from there in the past and not one has been bad I currently have an iPhone 3GS it was only £130 in complete working condition and it was still boxed! I recommend and iPhone they are a very good Smartphone brand especially for Games Socail Network Media and Internet! BUY AN IPHONE!
