How does Facebook choose who shows up in my chat offline?
I have 2 friends that show up in my chat sidebar when they are offline. One is my best friend, who I obviously interact with a lot. The other is a guy that I have only chatted once, and otherwise never interacted with on facebook at all. He just started showing up in my sidebar as offline tonight, while my best friend has always shown up. So why is this new person showing up even though he is offline? I have viewed his profile a couple times recently, but definitely less than I have viewed others. So, I'm confused.
