What do you think of people who post photos of themselves with celebrities on Facebook?

I'm Facebook friends with a girl who seems to meet one celebrity per month. Last month, she met some guy from One Direction. The month before that, she met Josh Duhamel. In August, she posed with Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth, and Chris Hemsworth in NYC. She lives in the same middle-class town as I do, which is a suburb two hours away from Manhattan.
I'm a little confused because she attends school, takes AP classes, and is heavily involved in clubs but seems to have time to meet celebrities in NYC. Her photos with celebs all have 400+ likes and they're always at the top of my news feed. What do you think of people who post photos of themselves with celebrities on Facebook?

I think they show up to alot of celebrity events, where meet and greets are possible.

and they like photography. They probably spend alot of time finding out when and where these events will be.

I know Liv Tyler lives in New York. If I knew where, I wouldn't mind bumping into her, and maybe getting a photo-
