how do you delete a location attached to a message that was already sent on Facebook?

for safety reasons I need to delete where my location was from inbox messages that I have previously sent on Facebook. I did not know this was automatically done and my personal address shows to some within a work setting. Please please help.
It is really bad for safety reasons if you can't.

if it's in a private message, there is no way to delete it
