Someone is using my phone number on Facebook?

I started to get text from random people and found out that it's from a girl on Facebook who used my phone once. She doesn't get on it at all, so how do I get facebook to remove it from her page because I seem lost
I deleted it off but it's still on her page!

go to setting in your facebook and edit your information and deleted ...

Follow these steps:

1) From your phone, you can simply text "Off" (without quotation marks) to your number. You will receive a text message back confirming that Facebook texts are now off.

2) From her computer & account, you can go to the Mobile tab of her Account Settings page and change the settings to "Off." You can also choose to completely remove the number from her account on this page by clicking "remove" next to the phone number.
