Why does my laptop automatically shut down?
I have a Windows 7, Inspiron 15 Dell Laptop I got about 3 years ago. When I'm not using it, I put it on sleep mode. And if it is not turned one in about a few hours, it automatically shuts down and I have to wait about 20 minutes just so I can log back on. What happens is that it says its fixing problems. I have no idea what it means. I restarted my entire laptop about 2 months ago. I don't see why it would be doing this. Does anyone have a solution on how I can fix this problem so it doesn't shut down? All answers are appreciated.

Google Dell, your model code & sleep problems and fixing problems.
You might try Hibernate instead of Sleep. Ads |
