Doesnt get leave? HELP PLEASE!?
Ok so there is this guy I know and he is in the army. He is supposed to be down here for Christmas, well one of his friends posted on twitter he may not be able to come home if he doesn't get leave? Was that some kind of typo or military talk or what?

"leave" simply means the same as "time off duty", same as time off work.

"Leave" is European for vacation or holiday or break.
