How do you stop sending spams on twitter?

So I have a twitter and I got a lot of spam messages. I didn't really do anything to them but I clicked on one once. Since then I always somehow send a lot of spam messages to my followers. How do I stop??

Probably when you clicked on something it may have got your password. You can change your password and then go into settings and revoke access to websites and or apps or something else that may have got your password to send spam. That should help out some.
