ways to get people to follow a weight loss page?
I was wondering if there was a page or some type of thing that I can do to get people to follow my weight loss page. I have been on a weight loss journey for the past year or more and I am looking for all the supporters I can get. I just don't know how to get more followers and supporters.

I have a friend that uses some facebook ads to do that, if you don't have a big budget, you can share pictures and articles as well.
