How long will it take to conceive?

Hey all my husband and I have been trying to concieve for a total of 4 years now 2 years ago we both got tested and I was find although my partners sperm motility Was very low so each year from then we would both get checked again and his never went up he started a new diet ( not to loose weig but more fruit and vegies in his diet) last week he did another cemen test and today we got our test results back and EVERYTHING is NORMAL we are so excited as we have wanted this for a very long time how long does it normally take to get pregnant? Thanks so much also has anyone been through this there self.?
