My laptop is locked is this trolling or something please help.?

So my laptop is like locked and this is what it says:
The United States department if justice
The work of you computer has been suspended on the grounds of the violation of the law of the United States of America.
And it says I have 48 to pay a fine and if not a criminal case against me will be initiated automatically. It says pornography involving children and copyright are possible violations and it says there are video recordings and stuff and I'm only 13 I don't know what to do the only thing I've been doing is going On Facebook and omegle please help I can't tell my mom what do I do?!?!?! I can't use my laptop at all.
I can't do a wired connection and my norton 360 thing expired. I'm doing this on my iPod. What happens if I don't do anything in two days? And are you SURE it's not real? Please help!

This is NOT trolling. You have spyware and it is a scam to take your money. Also they will rob the accounts they take the money from. It is caused by careess browsing, or using the Internet with no active anti-spyware/virus program, or letting your anti-virus expire. Start the machine in safe mode with networking on a wired network connection, wireless will not do this. Download the free scanner from http://malwareytes.org and run the full scan.
