Getting attached to someone who lives 4000 miles away, help?

if you have spoken to him on skype i presume you have seen the person who you are actually talking about and know hes not some middle aged man praying on young girls? i no what your going through because the same thing happened to me when i was about 20. (10 years ago) i really thought i had genuine feelings for him and vice versa. eventually i had to let my head rule my heart and just stop talking to him. it was hard at first because it became habit looking at how many nice messages he would send me, but it got easier and i just had to be strong and let go.

you will eventually meet someone that you dont need to travel half way round the world to meet.
