Ino you have to be a celebrity but dont the celebrities get verifyed when there are lots of other fake acounts of them?

Like @justinbieber is the real one but there is another one pretending to be him calle @jstinbeibs
What if you made loads of acounts like urs with names and same pictures then got loads of followers on your one would that work?
Or is there any other way i can get verifyed??????))
