Where can i find a tutorial or information about Elgg?

Any advice or information about Elgg, the social media platform, related to how to use it and which web host is best for it would be appreciated.

You will have to find Elgg tutorials primarily from their own site's blog and wiki:

That will give you a background on how to use elgg and if you get into any specific questions, the best place is probably to search for your answers on yahoo or google.

Elgg doesn't demand any specific that won't be supported by web hosts but some offer specialized knowledge so it will be better to check them out.
