Why wont he talk to me or add me on facebook?

I like this guy who works at a store I often go to with my mom and son. He and I have talked alot and we talk everytime I see him. I found his facebook through my cousin who works at the same company as him but not the same store, I sent him a friend request and tried sending him messages but he doesnt accept the friend request and wont reply to my messages..I am really confused what could this mean?

Well he's simply not interested. You could ask him about it face-to-face but do it in a casual manner. You could try getting his number instead.
