iPad mini problems, kind of worried?

I just bought an iPad mini about four days ago. And just today it got a little weird with me. I went onto Safari and it kept loading for hours, then I went onto my Twitter and I couldn't refresh my time-line. I went into the app store I still wasn't able to get through. I decided to turn off my iPad for a few minutes then turn it on again; it still wouldn't work. Then I tried restoring it and that also didn't work.

Any ideas on what to do? Should I make an appointment at Apple?

return it or exchange it. get rid of apple junk and go with android. i cannot stand apple products cuz they limit what you can do with them and use only what they want you to thats why apple has jailbreak cuz they are so restrictive. i had apple before and sold it 1 week later and am SOOOO much happier with android.

All of the things you describe are symptoms of not having an internet connection. Are you sure you are connected to the internet?

If you're close to an Apple store, see if a Genius can confirm the wireless card in the iPad is working.

Is your wifi working correctly? That the question. I mean your wifi must be the problem of you not getting on any app and safari for internet connection on your iPad.
If not then it best for you to make an Apple appointment for your iPad mini. They give you a new one :].

The same thing is happening to me! I have great wifi! But when I turn it off then turn it on again, it works for a minute and then my wifi is still great and it won't load or refresh!

might be the internet connection wifi or 4g lte whichever may not be functioning correctly
