I'm fed up of all these companies like google + youtube, facebook, apple, government etc colluding in obtaining our personal data and monitoring our web activity. I heard that you should not browse the web on your iphone as they also take note of your phone number when visiting sites. What are the most private web browsing / security apps available to limit the extent of reality mining?

Under safari in settings you can turn on private browsing if you do not want to download a new browser. If you are looking to download a new browser I liked dolphin myself.
