I heard some girl called Demi Lovato fat on Twitter which made her cry or something and that's why they made #DemiYouAreBeautiful a trending topic on twitter. Can someone explain to me what happened?

What happend was,
this girl said "@ddlovato arms are looking kind of chunky"
and demi saw the tweet and replied "who cares?"
then, demi tweeted "Guess what, I'm healthy and happy, and if you're hating on my weight you obviously aren't. #UNBROKEN"
then all of her fans of course took charge and put the girl who called demi fat in her place.
now it became a trending topic that demi is beautiful, which she is <33
