States have no power to pass immigration laws because it’s an attribute of foreign affairs. Just as states can’t have their own foreign policies or enter into treaties, they can’t have their own immigration laws either

There are reasons why Obama wants to sue Arizona. Its not just because they dislike the bill, which in their right mind they do,

Stop the hate, stop the racism.

if Mexico was so damned concerned about their people. wouldn't you think they would clean up their stink hole they call a country?amazes me that a country so corrupt even has a right to file anything in the united states! Obama ( if he had any balls) should tell them to take care of their own in their country and we would'.t have millions crossing our borders. GOD BLESS ARIZONA!

Reading comprehension seems to be slipping these days.

Mexico ISN'T suing the US Government, they filed an "amicus brief" in an existing court case. An Amicus brief isn't a lawsuit. The actual case is Friendly House, et al. v. Michael B. Whiting, et al., which is several civil rights groups suing Arizona. Hundreds of Amicus briefs will be filed in this case, on all sides. The judge gets to decide whether or not to pay attention to each one one.
