so iv been told that facebook and hotmail have virus .And that the mac wont tell if iv got a virus is this true

There is an INCREDIBLY small chance that you will receive a virus that was coded specifically for a Mac. I mean you could get macro errors but not trojans.
Hotmail does not just give you a virus, you have to open an email which has code written on it; that's the virus and because you've opened it, you've let it bypass the firewall. Don't worry about a thing, big internet sites aren't malware. Ads |

i don't care who makes a computer u should have anti virus app on it nothing is totally safe ---use this site for free mac soft ware --in the file box ( left side on home page) look for macintosh --click on it-- will take u to all the paid and free ware for mac's ( use the file box again for the app's )
