How do I send a Notification on Facebook?
I'm new to FB and just learning the ropes. I know how to open a Notification but not how to send one. Also whats the difference between Notifications and Messaging? Thanks.

A message is when something is sent directly to your inbox. A notification could be anything about facebook from someone writing on your wall, to app requests, to "pokes", to comments on your posts.
