I was born in the wrong time period?

I was born in the wrong time period?
Either that or I have a really strong connection with my past life. You see, I'm from Iceland and (like you know) I live in this time period. But I feel like I'm just born too late, or something. Every time that I think about or read anything about Iceland in 1800-1900, I just feel this intense sorrow, like I really miss it or something.
I mean, I am only 15 years old and I speak (in my native language) like I am... I don't know, I just don't sound like a teenager. I don't use English slang words in every other word, like other teenagers seem to do and I don't swear at all. My clothing style is different from others today, I like wearing the old traditional Icelandic sweater, and I just really love the old Icelandic clothing style.
I feel like I am not here in the right time. And even though I am really addicted to modern technology, I just wish that I could live in the time when everything was harder, when people had to make their own food, worked in the country side and was with the nature all day.
Okay, and like I said in the beginning, it could also be that I just have a really strong connection with my past life. My mother always says to me that when I was born, I wasn't like any of my other siblings. She says that the first night that I was living, I just lay there and stared people in the eyes, and a lot of people called me an 'old soul' when they first saw me. My mom said that she also had this strange feeling for respect for me, because I looked like I knew so much. And that was when I was just newborn.
So, what do you think it is? Was I born in the wrong time period or do I have a strong connection with my past life? Is there anything that I can do about it?
Thank you so much for reading all of this and helping me. It really means a lot to me.
Also, I am sorry for any misspellings or strange wordings, English isn't my first language.
Thank you.

I feel like that to. I feel like im way to sophiaticated but simple than all these other kids today. I wish I was born in the 30s-40s back when it was simple. With this growing social media and ridiculous celebrities I feel its all too much for me. me being 17 I feel im way different than these kids. They all follow a social norm that I dont get refuse to follow. Just know youre not alone on the issue Smile hang in there amigo

ive heard things like this before. someone told me of a 3 year old boy that started crying while watching a news story about the anniversary of a sinking ship from the war. the boy told his mother the name of the ship and his "friends" that died on it. These were not said during the program. His mother quickly looked it up and all the names were listed on a memorial website. so yes you can feel like you have known another time and place.
I also can slightly predict the future, its like ive dreamt it before, like a de ja vu but i can say exactly whats going to happen next. so we have super powers Smile yay for us!

I believe that you are very into (for a lack of a better word.) your heritage and that is great! Nothing is wrong with that. You seem like a very nice person.and about being born in the wrong time period, You're not, don't worry. Smile I think you are just very interested and curious about things in the past.

how do you know there IS another time period, let alone one that is right for you? it seems there is only one time period with lots and lots of "dark matter," "dark energy" and relatively few severely defiled holy ones
