deactivating facebook?

i was wondering if i deactivate my facebook may i activate it again in a later time? if so how?

On your facebook homepage click the upper right corner and go to account settings and then security. Scroll to the bottom of the list and there should be the deactivate option, click that. Yes, you can reactivate at anytime, you just need to simply sign back in like usual.
