How do you un-do permantly blocking someone?

I recieved an ad request from someone I thought I didn't know and permanently blocked them from contacting me. Turns out, it is someone I know and want to undo the block. How can I do that?

need to know what service: myspace, aol instant messenger, msn messenger, plentyoffish, facebook, orkut, etc.
