How to case file against Facebook?

Last night someone hack my facebook account. And the hacker has been changed the email address and password. Now i am retrieving my account but facebook is going to understand that i am not the real user from my id. i want to submit an official complain to facebook and if facebook will not take action in 24 hours then i will file a case against facebook. How can submit my official complain to facebook. If you have a direct email then please let me know. I want to brust this facebook!

read the TOS ( terms of service) on the Facebook site.
It depends on which country you are in.. but basically, TOS, article 16 states..

we don't make any promises.. you use Facebook at your own risk.
you agree that we are harmless ( Facebook is free, and therefore any loss is not their fault)
if you have any legal dispute, you need to file and abide by the laws of California, USA.
even if all else fails, and you do find a way to sue us.. you agree that the most we can pay is $100 USD
