Has Facebook been hacked?

Alright, so some strange things have been happening with my Facebook(s) lately.

On Friday my original Facebook started adding random people. I never added any of them, but it did. It wouldn't stop so I deleted it and created a new Facebook. Everything seemed to be going well until that Facebook added two strange people, but after I had cancelled the requests to those two people it stopped. But today, after being out for a few hours I came home to check my Facebook to see that it claimed that I had poked my crush, when I hadn't! It said I poked him, and subscribed to him.

Before you say anything:
No one knew my password or email to either of the accounts. I wasn't "fraped" or anything like that. I created a new email for my second Facebook, so I doubt that it was a hacker directly hacking me.

I asked other people, and it's been happening to them as well.

I scanned my computer, and there isn't a virus or anything else doing that.

It may be a bug going around with facebook. Facebook has been giving people a lot of problems lately. Change your password to be on the safe side. Try clearing your cache and cookies then restart your browser. You may need to re-enter your saved passwords.
