How can I tell this guy likes me?

So I like this guy and he's really flirty with me but I don't know if actually likes me or if he's juts playing with my feelings.
Every time he sees me in the hallway he goes out of his way to say HEY __________ even in front of his popular friends
Sometimes he just looks at me for a long period of time before saying anything....
Lol and he told me to follow him on twitter
I know this seems kind of lame but my friends seem to think he likes me toooooo

Flirty is not good ,that means he is sexually attracted to you. You can risk asking him out and see what would happen. I wouldn't really date a guy who flirts though. Look at it this way if you see a guy flirting with two girls at the same time wouldn't it be inappropriate. I think I would see where im at , mature has nothing to do with dating it is literally where your at. Do you have a job yet? I hope you don't hope on parents to pay for your date . Well good luck I would date when i have a job and a house first... then i can always get my future boyfriend to move in with me anytime. If you date now it is harder and a lot tougher this is why so many couples divorce cause it is not the correct timing. Timing is important if you have everything a house, car , work , then you are ready to have a boyfriend if you don't i wouldn't really get involve with one.

I'm not saying you can't try , but i wouldn't really date those kind of guys. Well i hope everything will works out for you and i hope your in college , high school is okay too but if your not lucky by chance and he transferred to a different college then that is tough luck

Well it seems like you're in high school and if you're in middle school, remember boys are icky and not worth your time. But if you are in high school this guy seems to like you, don't rush things, just see how they play out. The absolute worst thing you can do is try to force something that isn't there, so if eventually he asks you out or you decide its time to let him know how you feel go for it. Just keep in mind, sometimes the flirting before the relationship can be way better than the relationship itself. So have fun with it, enjoy the attention and don't rush it.
