Do you think employers should have a right to terminate an employee due to Facebook content?
Do you think employers should have a right to terminate an employee due to Facebook content that's perhaps incriminating? How should managers handle the Facebook and Twitter explosions? Some folks use company resources to participate. As a manager, how would you handle this?

I have heard of that happening. Watch what you put on facebook or else make it extremely private.

They have Every Right to Terminate you Because of What you Do on Facebook you Got to Becareful What you Post on Facebook if Employers See Something Bad Online About you There Not Going to Want you In the Company
