Is there a software that can recover a facebook password or e-mail if I have this person's phone?

My sister forgot her facebook software and now she can't remember the security question or anything to do with this. she has her phone and it was always logged in by defoult. Now somehow she logged out and does not remember her password.
I had used passware in the past for my computer and it cracked all of the passwords in my PC including files, e-mails and facebook accounts for those who used my PC (which is got widows seven) in just a few seconds, but now Im stuck with this cause is not working.
I tried using in my laptop, but the software is not running. (maybe it is because is got windows 8)

Can someone help me with this issue. And please if it works with windows 8 is even better.
