They haven't. I always say that men don't treat women like ladies because women don't act that way. The media feeds a constant stream of trash to the masses. It has really went too far.

They haven't if they are relying solely on media..
media is a bunch of sponsored ideas..
IE.. birthcontrol commercials comes on during soapoperas which diss family and marital cohesion.
Security and master planned gated exclusive neighborhood commercials come on during the news right after they tell you how people different from u are the main cause of social ills and you better hurry up into a master planned community where you can escape poor trash and others not earning as much as you.
Boys and girls are marketed to by very destructive media forces that want them to be independent..
most teen shows and cartoons don't even have parents featured in them.. for the purpose of creating a buyer class out of the youth.. kids don't just have cell phones but mini computers that they don't really use but to mindlessly twitter..1000 apps and all they do is twitter watch a movie or talk nothing to their friend sitting right next to them! They buy stiff with out knowing the cost .. socially or economically.. they are clueless about any impact their clothing line has made on some foreign country .. or the lack of financial impact it made locally..
all they know is they don't want longevity or classic.. they want whats new now..
the culture is becoming unstable..among youth.. while i am glad shopping and wanting stuff has done away with many bad social dramas.. it has caused many folks to turn away from traditions that made for unique heritage..
Culture seems to be delayed for adult hood in my locale. There is a burgeoning revival for etiquette schools, and social prep organizations again. These types are also using older cultural ways to refine the youth again. The kids think its something new and are pouring themselves into it whole heartedly.
