My twitter wont let me tweet PLEASE HELP?

Okay so ever since I'm doing this contest thing on twitter and so ...after a while it said Error Posting Tweet Saved in drafts ect....so I thought it was tweet limit ..so it's been 1 hour 30mins since that and It's not letting me tweet..I'm using IPad and the twitter version is 5.2.1 What Should I do ?? I HAVE Posted 1,000 Tweets today but can I still tweet please explain??

1,000 tweets is a whole lot of tweets.

Since it appears you are spamming to them, they might have disabled you.

Just my opinion of course since I don't work with twitter.

you're in twitter jail . . . 100 tweets in a hour or 1000 tweets in a day will put you in there. Usually you're only in there for 1-3 hours .
