Should employers use social media to hire potential employees?
Many Americans around the world are unemployed. Recently, I read an article about employers considering about using social media accounts to hire potential employees instead of past or present accomplishments on a resume.
Do you think it's fair for employers to look at social media accounts to hire employees? Ads |

if i wanna use social media to hire someone that is my business.
usually when i need another body i just ask existing employees if they know anyone who needs a job. i find that to be a lot quicker, and easier than reading resumes, and sitting through interviews. Ads |
