If I have "hidden" someone's posts on my Facebook newsfeed, how do I "unhide" them?
In other words, how do I unhide them so that I can once again see their statuses, uploads, etc. when scrolling through my own newsfeed?

From your home page:

Hover over the News Feed bookmark in the left column
Click the icon that appears to the left and select Edit Settings
Scroll to the Apps section and click the X next to the name of the app whose stories you want to unhide
Click Save
