How do I get rid of Security Shield?

Somehow I managed to download some security shield thing while trying to use profile banner on facebook. It seems that I get a popup every minute (at least) from this program warning me of viruses and such. I cannot find a way to stop it/delete it. I tried using the control panel operation to delete it, but every time I click on it I get another notification from Security Shield and it wont let me load that program. Does anyone know how to delete or stop it?

I had the same thing happen to me You can try system restore or you can open your computer in safe mode and delete it that way. depending what windows program u have.

You would not find security shield in control panel.
Try fake-registering it like written here : http://www.technibble.com/rkill-repair-t...-the-week/ and using one of anti-malware tools :
