Have t-mobile got an e-mail address?

I need to email tmobile but on their website I only get the option or ringing, writing a letter or sending a message on facebook/twitter.. Have they not got a simple e-mail address I can e-mail from my account?

No. T-mobile are a global company. They want you to use the customer service systems that work - an email conversation can take days (to make you Exxon the problem).
