Does the new ipod touch 4th gen have built in Wifi?
Can I get on safari, use facebook/twitter apps, or do anything on the internet while I'm on the go and not connected to my home wifi or at starbucks, etc?

no you cant,you need to be near a wifi hotspot to connect on the go
