How to stop getting notifications from a page on Facebook.?

A friend made me an administrator to a page she made and I keep getting emails and notification of people likening things on it. How can you stop this from happening?

Log in to your Facebook account at http://www.facebook.com.
Click on the "Settings" link located near the upper right corner of the page.
Click on "Notifications" under the My Account heading.
Select "Off" for each of the desired categories, and then click the button at the bottom to save the changes.

For the Email Notifications Go to Account Settings than Go to Notifications From there you Should be able to turn it off

Change it in ur account settings- notification there u cud find all d notifications u need to take the tick mark off tats it it works!
