What is a good political social/issue photograph?

I am doing a photography project and have to portray a political and social issue. I was thinking social media, abuse. What are ideas on how to portray this?

I did a project similar to yours. In history my teacher had us choose a photograph out of a predefined group of pictures. I did the photo entitled "Execution of a Viet Cong Soldier." That picture might be good for your project.

There are many problems in our society that have stayed with us over the years. I think homosexuality is a big one. People are constantly talking about it. I also believe that women's rights/places are also still somewhat affected. They don't feel entirely in the loop with men at this point.
