Am I being blocked on Twitter?

So this morning I check my followers and who I'm following & it says I infielders someone and that I lost a follower. I was very confused because I don't remember unfollowing anyone and I have an soon that tells me when someone unfollows me and it says I haven't had any recent unfollowers. I havent done or said anything to get blocked so I'm very confused. I rarely tweet anyways but im asking because I'm wondering if there is an issue with my account. Is my account messed up? Am I being blocked? Or did someone delete their Twitter? Any type of information is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
