Is there any other way to recover my email?

Unfortunately I accidentally logged out of my facebook account which was created with an old email account. I have forgotten the password to it and have attempted to answer the security questions, being only able to remember the answer I put to one of them. I need to get this email back so I can reset my facebook password as their password recovery systems aren't working either. Is there no alternative way I can confirm my identity and reset my password?
Sorry if I wasn't clear. I cannot get a password recovery code because I have forgotten both the password to my Facebook AND the email account it was linked to.

When facebook send a recovery password it usually lands in the Spam folder
So go back on to facebook and attempt to sign in and use the forgot password
key you should be able to get into it then
