I have a Marketing degree and I want to switch careers! HELP?

Hello, I'm 23yo female from Cali and I recently graduated about 6 months ago with my marketing degree. I hate it and I want to go back to school but I'm not sure for what! I'm very quiet and shy and the only reason why I went into marketing is because I like research and wanted to get into market research but I can't find a job. I'm currently working for a company where I handle marketing and social media and I HATE IT! Please give me ideas/suggestions in what I can go back to school for

Marketing is not all about talking to people directly. I am a Marketing major too, I am not anti social or anything like that but it is hard for me to approach random people especially when it comes to selling something. Market Research is a good position for people such as ourselves but like you said there is no jobs available. Have you tried Market Strategy? this is the creative side of trying to market a product. If it doesn't work out for you then try finding what type of research is popular in your area and then major in it.
