Sadly, this is unlikely to be true. Several years ago Pratchett announced that he had been diagnosed with a progressive disease that has probably made him unable to continue writing.

I suppose it's possible that his publisher has some unfinished manuscripts sitting around, but I don't think Pratchett is going to be writing any new books.

You can check with the author's website, if he went into a collaboration with someone to put one out int he future it would be mentioned there.

I see a couple companion pieces about the Discworld coming out this year, but no novels. His most recent Discworld novel was released in 2011. He did release at least two novels last year (Dodger, The Long Earth), And I have heard that he has, unfortunately, been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, so there might not be much new fiction from him. I didn't see any mention of upcoming books, other than the companion books on his website.

Don't write him off yet guys! He's still very much alive and with it.

Terry Pratchett is still writing and as far as I know he does plan to write more Discworld novels. He's also writing a sci-fi series with Stephen Baxter and as someone mentioned, Dodger came out last year, which is an independent novel.

You might also be interested to know that he's starting his own production company and with the assistance of his daughter Rhianna and a few others, intends to bring out a new series based on Ankh Morpork's city watch.
