Here is a list of some apps that you should check out that a 16 year old girl will like.

-you should get a snapchat( girls are obsessed with that app)
-If you have a social network get the facebook, tumblr, or twitter app
-You should make and get an instagram
-get subway surfers(a really really fun game)
-some good school apps are google drive and evernote
-Get google maps(apple maps sucks and will get you lost)
-one awesome news app is flipboard and you can log onto it with a facebook or twitter.(facebook looks awesome on it)
-some good movie/video apps are Netflix, IMDB, youtube and fandango
-download the chrome browser( a billion times faster than safari)
-angry birds star wars is a good one and so is flow free or flow bridges
- you should also get the weather channel app
