I reactivated my Twitter account but the following/follower counts are wrong.?

So recently i reactivated my account twice,the first time i did it,the following/follower counts are zero and for the second time,the following is zero with two people following me.I searched the help center on Twitter and it says that i have to wait for 24 hours for my account to fully recover.I've waited for 24 hours but it still remained the same......wrong following/follower counts
